On Sunday, April 7th, 2024, Ramakrishna Math Madurai held a special program in honor of the Most Revered Srimat Swami Smarananandaji Maharaj, the 16th President of the Ramakrishna Math and Mission, who attained Mahasamadhi on March 26th, 2024.

On April 6th, 2024, Sri Ramakrishna Math, Madurai, held a impactful Parent Awareness Program, attracting 258 enthusiastic parents committed to their children's holistic development.

On Sunday, March 31st, 2024, Ramakrishna Math Madurai hosted a comprehensive health awareness programme, attracting 184 participants eager to learn about maintaining good health.

Ramakrishna Math Sarada Vidyalaya, Madurai, recently held a heartfelt Matru Puja (worship of the mother) program for 4th and 5th graders. Inspired by the scripture's call to revere mothers, 72 students participated in this meaningful ceremony guided by Swami Arkaprabhananda's teachings.

Ramakrishna Math Madurai Sarada Vidyalaya, in partnership with the Eye Foundation in Madurai, organized a complimentary eye camp on March 4th, 2024. A comprehensive screening was conducted for a total of 572 students during this event.

Ramakrishna Math Madurai celebrated Bhagavan Sri Ramakrishna's 189th Jayanti with Mangalarati, puja, Homa, and Bhajans. Swami Prabhupremananda delivered a discourse. Prasad distributed to 640 devotees.

On 8th March 2024, we celebrated Maha Sivaratri at our Math with a night-long Special Puja and Bhajan session, starting from 7.00 pm and concluding at 5.00 am. Devotees poured milk (Abhishekam) to the Shiva Linga after the first Prahara Puja.

The Maha Sivaratri celebration will be observed at Sri Ramakrishna Math, Madurai, on 8th March 2024. மதுரை ஸ்ரீராமகிருஷ்ண மடத்தில் 8 மார்ச் 2024 அன்று மகா சிவராத்திரி விழா கொண்டாடப்படவுள்ளது.

Ramakrishna Math Madurai celebrated Swami Vivekananda's 162nd Jayanti with bhajans, and rituals starting at 5:00 am. Special events included a puja, Homa, Rudram chanting, and a procession with students and teachers carrying Vivekananda's portrait. Swami Arkaprabhananda delivered a discourse.

Madurai Math organized a Thiruvilakku Puja to commemorate the consecration of Sri Ram Mandir at Ayodhya. The temple was adorned with oil lamps. Sri Ramanama Sankirtanam and Bhajans were sung after evening Arati.
