A Value Education Camp for Teachers was organized by Ramakrishna Math, Madurai to help educators inspire and guide students better. The day was filled with learning, interactive sessions, and personal growth.
The program began at 9:00 AM with a prayer, lighting the lamp, and a brief introduction. Teachers then split into primary and high school groups in smart classrooms.
- Primary Section (Theme: Awakening): Focused on four core pillars—sharing and caring, being respectful, facing challenges, and doing one's best.
- High School Section (Theme: Foundation of Citizenship Program): Emphasized the teacher's role as a facilitator who guides students to discover their inner potential. Key topics included moving from dormant potential to awakening, strengthening Atma Shraddha (self-confidence), discovering inner possibilities, and adopting awakening practices.
Schedule & Program Flow
- 09:00 AM – 09:30 AM: Prayer song, lighting of the lamp, and formal inauguration.
- 09:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Morning training sessions (Tea break: 11:00 AM – 11:15 AM).
- 12:30 PM – 01:30 PM: Lunch break.
- 01:30 PM – 04:30 PM: Afternoon training sessions.
- 04:30 PM: Certificate distribution and conclusion.
