Ramakrishna Math Madurai Hosts Successful Health Awareness Program with Focus on Homeopathy, Yoga, and Kidney Disease
On 24th September 2023, Ramakrishna Math Madurai conducted a healthcare awareness program with the aim of educating the public about the benefits of Homeopathy, Yoga, and healthy food habits for their well-being. The program was a great success with the participation of 193 attendees.
The event started with a welcome speech by Swami Arkaprabhananda, followed by a session on the benefits of Homeopathy and Yoga. The attendees were briefed on how these alternative forms of medicine can provide long-lasting relief from various ailments and improve overall health.
The second part of the program was an “Awareness talk on kidney disease” in collaboration with the Tamil Nadu Kidney Research Foundation. The talk provided valuable information and guidance on preventing and managing kidney problems. The attendees were educated on the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including regular exercise, healthy food habits, and regular check-ups.
The event was well-received by the attendees, who appreciated the effort put in by the organizers to provide them with valuable information on maintaining good health.
